Xerox sheet office finisher booklet makers

Yes, you can actually turn your VersaLink C7020 into a complete booklet printing machine sitting in your own office. The printer will carry out all the functions you would expect from a modern laser printer. It will work from the cloud, it will copy, scan to email and, of course, print. But it will do so much more. No longer do you have to send out reports and instruction manuals for outside process. You can have them churned out in your office by simply adding this 500-sheet attachment.

It is no good having runs of booklets printed if you can’t bind them together in some way. Xerox have the answer with their 2000 sheet finisher attachment that can staple together up to 50 sheets. Short run instruction manuals, promotional leaflets, they can all be handled in-house now saving you time and money.

Xerox for professional documents

If you want to give your booklets a really professional look, you might want to consider the Xerox Postscript attachment. Postscript is not necessarily something that you will find on your average printer. Just clip it on to your VersaLink and you have taken professionalism in your booklet production one step further.

Xerox also have accessories that are not connected with booklet printing. Although faxes are used less in the day of the e-mail, they can still be useful at times and the Xerox Fax Over IP Kit will turn your printer into a fax machine.
